We are thrilled to announce that our conductor, Memli Kelmendi, has been chosen to serve on the Steering Committee of the WORLD CHORAL CONDUCTING NETWORK (WCCN).

The WCCN aims to enhance and promote the field of choral conducting on a global scale, emphasizing its importance within the global society and the musical community. Memli is among the founding members who have significantly contributed to establishing the WCCN.

Today, the conductor of Kori Siparantum, Memli Kelmendi, met with the Ambassador of Kosovo in Stockholm, Mrs. Shkendije Geci-Sherifi, and representatives of the Embassy.
The conductor expressed his gratitude to the Embassy for its support, cooperation, and support in promoting the country’s culture abroad, especially in the participation of the Siparantum Choir in the European Choir Games & Grand Prix of Nations, Sweden.

Siparantum Choir won the gold medal at the European Choir Games and Grand Prix of Nations, Sweden, a testament to its dedication to musical excellence. 🏅

Moments from the first concert of the Siparantum Choir at the Arbetets Museum in NORRKÖPING, Sweden, as part of the #FriendShip Concert program. With a rich and sensitive program dedicated to the music of Albanian composers, the choir received great praise. Participating choirs from various European countries, including Slovenia, Sweden, Belgium, etc., contributed to this musical wealth.

We are delighted to share our latest achievement with you. Siparantum Choir will represent our state, Kosovo, in the prestigious Grand Prix of Nations competition in the category “Adult Choirs” during the 5th European Choir Games & Grand Prix of Nations in Norrköping, Sweden. Our choir is more prepared than ever to participate in this significant choral event. Once again, after 2019, the European Choir Games & Grand Prix of Nations, often referred to as the continental version of the World Choir Games – the Olympic Games of Choral Music, will happen in beautiful Sweden. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our donors and supporters who have played a crucial role in making this possible.

With pleasure, we would like to inform you that there will be choral music professionals from around the world during the prestigious “Quo Vadis Choral Music Conference,” which is being organized for the first time in Kosovo. This international conference results from the successful collaboration between ChoralSpace and the Siparantum Choir.

The conference program includes panel discussions, meetings, and workshops; excellent music will be present.
